The bidder and printing facility must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Hanover County Government Complex and has at least 3 years of experience printing similar publications.

The intent of this solicitation is to establish a term contract to publish The Hanover Review Newsletter for Fiscal Years 2010-11 and 2011-12. The Contract is to include all material, equipment, machinery, apparatus, transportation and labor necessary to publish up to 8 editions of The Hanover Review Newsletter.
