The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to obtain bids for the implementation of
an Enhanced 9-1-1 system for the County. The proposed 9-1-1 software
must interface with Verizon 911 system and be capable of handling phase II wireless calls.
The suite of hardware and software products should include any or all of the following:
ANI/ALI Display software E-911 database Management Software w/one database
Map Display software
911 Hardware
Computer Aided Dispatch software
Maintenance and Training
