PUBLIC INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY FOR CONSTRUCTION
The purpose of this Request for Prequalification
(RFP) is to identify prospective contractors who are most qualified to compete for the Santa
Ana Regional Interceptor (SARI) Repairs to the Unlined Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP),
Reaches IV-A and IV-B (Project). Only those contractors deemed appropriately qualified in
large diameter sewer pipeline rehabilitation using the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and/or live
flow slip-lining processes in accordance with the selection process described herein will be
allowed to submit a bid for the project. Bids received from firms who have not been
prequalified for the Project will not be considered.
