PUBLIC HEALTH CONSULTING AND EDUCATION SERVICES
The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a list of vendors to perform program activities in the areas of Marketing Services, Conference Planning Services, Facilitation, Community Building, Grant Funding Opportunities, Program Evaluation, Training, and Needs Assessments that have been routinely performed throughout the Divisions of the Department of Health and Human Services. The resultant list created from this RFP will be utilized to award program-activity projects (as evidenced by individual scopes of work provided to Divisions upon request) throughout the term of this contract. The resultant contracts will be funded in part by American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) dollars.
