PSU Parking Management Software RFP
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of Portland State University (PSU), seeks a comprehensive University Parking Management Software solution. Responses to this RFP will be evaluated by a Committee using the criteria described in Section 3, Evaluation Criteria below. This RFP represents PSUs good faith effort to detail our specifications and requirements for the System that will best meet PSUs needs at the best value to PSU. While price certainly will be one of the factors considered, other equally important criteria as detailed herein will also be included in the overall evaluation of responses to this RFP.
