The purpose of this modification is to clarify the NAICS code listed as Engineering Services 541330 for this requirement. The exception a. Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons Size Standard in millions $38.5 applies because this requirement is for military purposes in support of the Precision Strike Package (PSP) for AC-130J. The response date and other requirements detailed in the RFI have not changed.

Market Research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirements of the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery Fixed Wing Division. This requirement is to provide engineering services and technical manuals to the AC-130 Precision Strike Package (PSP). The current strategy for this requirement is to provide a one year contract with a single option year (1) that will continue through FY21. The intended outcome of this effort is to receive technical writing services in order to sustain current and future combat operations. The AC-130J aircrew's mission to provide support for the ever evolving needs to the AFSOC and USSOCOM's mission. This Request for Information is limited to Small Businesses and is IAW FAR 52.215-3 Requirement for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes.
