OVERVIEW
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has a requirement to hire an intermittent Personal Service Contractor (PSC) to perform the duties of a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Development) with the Department of Administration and Finance.

SCOPE OF POSITION
MCC is seeking an intermittent Personal Service Contractor (PSC) to serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Development). The Human Resources Specialist will be required to process training requests and verify participant information. They will also be required to produce reports and notifications regarding courses, classes, students/attendees, customers, point of contact and other training and registration-related information.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The base period of performance shall be from date of award through 12 months. The contract will be intermittent and maximum number of hours per year is 1,664.

CONTRACT AWARD
Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded solely to individual, not a firm.
