County is requesting Bids for a Sentinel Patriot System. Contractor shall supply a complete and useable system compatible with all digital and/or analog protocols with no gaps in system compatibility. The system shall be engineered to provide a 99.999% system wide up-time. The vendor shall describe their system architecture with respect to the major components or modules,
and describe how the system will react to a failure of each major component or module.
