This Request for Proposals is for Provision of Physical Inventory Services for the County Transit District administration offices and its bus operations. The Scope of Services is for provision of physical inventory of 1) an estimated 10,000 line items of bus replacement parts and 2) approximately 4,200 line items of fixed assets, including but not limited to revenue vehicles (e.g., buses and cut-away buses), non-revenue support vehicles, and office equipment. The term of the contract is for a three-year base term, with two, one-year option terms.
