PROVISION OF ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT AND LOBBYING SERVICES
A qualified individual or firm will have had
substantial experience in the field of economic development with a familiar
relationship with the many professionals in the field and at the State and Federal
levels. The proposal must be organized and presented in the exact order as
outlined in this section, and not exceed fifteen (15) single-sided pages of text,
with a minimum 12 pt. font and double spaced. Resumes are excluded from the
