The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Adult Mental Health Division (State), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to provide training in functional assessment of persons with serious mental illness based on person-centered, recovery-based, and rehabilitative principles in order to determine appropriate mental health services, especially those reimbursed by a Minnesota Health Care Program. The functional assessment is completed as required under MN Statute 245.462 in order to assess the functioning of persons in life skill areas.
