PROVIDE THE COUNTY OF MCHENRY WITH WIRELESS SERVICES
It is the intent of McHenry County to establish a single source for wireless data and wireless voice services. This would include cellular phones, Blackberries, and wireless data cards for laptops. The work provided by the contractor should include but is not limited to providing new equipment, efficiently convert and set up of new voice and
data services; interface and coordinate all new orders and disconnections with current carriers upon contract expiration, porting of all current assigned McHenry County lines, provide reliable and competitively provide access to all calling areas; provide maintenance and back up lines, train users on new equipment, provide monthly billing and reports to each using department. In addition, Vendor should be responsible for maintaining contract pricing and establish separate billing be each department.
