This notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 21 is requesting competitive quotes for Ceiling Lift to ensure compliance with 38 U.S.C. B'8127 s VA Rule of Two requirement and that the VIP database has been reviewed.
The solicitation for offerors must be verified in VIP and unverified SDVOSBs or VOSBs will be considered non-responsive to the requirements of the solicitation. Offers from unverified SDVOSBs or VOSBs are considered deficient and will not be evaluated.
