Punjab National Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) having its Head Office at
7,Bhikaiji Cama place, New Delhi is interested in implementing Learning Management
System (LMS) for its Centralized Training purposes in all facet of banking which should be
capable of handling both Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and non-
SCORM compliant contents. The scope of the system can be enhanced as per
requirements of Bank. The solution offered must be scalable to cater to a high number of
concurrent users.
