PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from
qualified Offerors who are interested in providing property management services to
Kingsview Village Homeowners Association (KVHOA). The KVHOA Board (Board) is
looking for an experienced and professional community association management company
to provide services as defined in this document and attachments. The selected company
will be awarded a one year contract with two option years. Transition to the scope of service
of this RFP will begin, if needed, December 1, 2009 with full services beginning January 1,
2010.
