PROPERTY INSPECTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking Proposals from Vendors capable of timely delivery of inspection management services to support Citizens Inspection and Outreach Program. Vendors will need to be able to work with Citizens to develop and implement a full scale formal Inspection and Outreach Program in support of Citizens insurance underwriting activities (The Inspection and Outreach Program). The Inspection and Outreach Program will encompass several types of personal and commercial property inspections which together are used to ensure that insurance premiums properly represent the risk being mitigated. The scope of the Inspection and Outreach Program will include both residential and commercial property inspections including verification of wind mitigation features, inspections of general building conditions, replacement cost valuation, four point inspections, mobile home tie downs, and sinkhole inspections. Vendors role will be to administer the process of securing and certifying inspectors, to arrange for inspections and to provide robust quality assurance.
