PROPERTY, CASUALTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM

The City is seeking proposals from qualified insurance companies to provide
insurance coverage for the citys property, automobiles, liability and workers compensation as well as
additional specialty coverage for special events, Police Department Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D), position bonding, executive travel and pollution liability. The City
anticipates awarding a single contract to cover all of the requested services, but it may award
separate contracts to separate applicants if such is deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
Proposals should present the property, automobile, general liability and workers compensation
coverage as one package with the cost of premiums stated separately.
