The City of Santa Rosa is seeking qualified proposals for Payroll / Human Resources / Financial system Project Management Oversight consulting services to assist with the replacement of its current mainframe-based system. Services should include all those listed herein or inferred by this RFP, to assist the City of Santa Rosa in its objective to implement a new Payroll / HR / Financial system to manage employee and financial data. It is expected that the new system will be based on off-the-shelf technology from a software vendor that provides the applicable business functions required by the City.
