PROJECT MANAGEMENT/OWNER
REPRESENTATIVE (MBE/WBE) SERVICES AS REQUESTED ON A
CALL-IN BASIS DURING 2010 THROUGH 2012.
The services of the Consultant shall generally consist of overseeing the Authority Consultant
and Contractor as required, which may include but shall not be limited to, project
management and project scheduling for design and build-out projects for new and renovated
office space at the Authoritys facilities or other locations,
as well as reviewing construction and operational requirements for appropriateness . Typical
projects range from 3,000RSF to 100,000RSF.
