The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for programs that will reduce emissions of greenhouse gases resulting from energy use in New Hampshire, pursuant to RSA 125:O-23. Funds awarded through this solicitation must be used to support energy efficiency, conservation, and demand response programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions generated within New Hampshire.
