The purpose of this RFP is to solicit experienced Architectural/Engineering Teams to
assess the condition of the Bousfield Psychology Building located on the Storrs Campus, to
develop a program of needs to accommodate the academic goals of the College of Liberal Arts
and Sciences (CLAS), Department of Psychology, and to recommend a combination of
renovation and new construction that enables the Department to meet goals articulated by the
College and the University. In addition, the design team will prepare design and construction
plans and specifications to accommodate the outcome of the planning and assessment phase.
