PROGRAM MARKETING MATERIALS: GRAPHIC DESIGN & PRINT MEDIA EXPERTISE
The County Board of Health is accepting proposals by firm or individual for a graphics design and print media expert to develop audience specific marketing materials for its Program.
This will be a concept to completion production. The County will utilize a separate
vendor for printing. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all
candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which
they will be judged.
Marketing materials will include, but are not limited to, program marketing packets
that include a program overview and other program informational documents,
program brochures and/or flyer, and related recommended program collaterals.
The audiences for CCST are youth, parents, youth-serving agencies, and youth
advocates. Program information developed will also be placed on the CCBOH
website for download by interested parties and Agency staff. Therefore, vendors
will need to provide final approved materials in a PDF format as well. The final
product will be: 1) reflective of the CCBOH enterprise-level goal -- “A Healthier
Clayton in One Generation”; 2) reflective of the diversity of Clayton County; 3)
consistent with health literacy needs of the target population; and 4) incorporate
the Agency’s logo and brand identity.
