PROGRAM EVALUATION GRANT MONITORING
The Foundation is interested in engaging an individual consultant, team of consultants or organization to provide comprehensive program evaluation consulting and grant monitoring services for Grants to Green. The consultant(s) will be expected to: 1) establish an evaluation framework for the initiative; 2) co-develop, with grantees, user-friendly evaluation tools 3) provide technical assistance, grant monitoring and feedback to grantees to effectively execute evaluation activities and assess their own work; and 4) as appropriate, identify and coordinate additional programmatic and operational technical assistance to help organizations achieve key outcomes. Funding up to $35,000 per year for each of the three years will be available for all of the activities related to evaluation, technical assistance and grant monitoring.
