The City is requesting proposals from a qualified individual or organization to assist in
the branding, graphic design, and website development for the project. At this time, the City
assumed responsibility for the program. In the months following this, City staff and a
newly formed Task Force worked on the transition of the program, placed advertisements in
travel magazines and guides, created a new logo and brand name (Visit Ukiah), and has
worked to establish working partnerships with various tourism-related organizations throughout
Mendocino County.
