The Council is looking for a software provider and/or vendor-authorized consulting partner
(hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to configure, implement, develop, and train core users
for the City Council Website and a City Council intranet site. In addition to providing technical
assistance, the selected Consultant must be qualified to consult with the Clerk of Council and her
designees on future phases of product implementation in the areas of technology, subject matter
and process.
