The Department is seeking a contractual
agreement to provide the services to receive File Transfer Protocol (FTP) files and generate
invoices for billing of food and lodging fees to be mailed to food and lodging establishments and
owners. Therefore, with this Request for Proposal, the DEPARTMENT seeks proposals from
experienced and qualified offerors (hereinafter referred to as the OFFEROR) to provide
professional service to include all necessary labor, materials, and equipment.
