Notice is hereby given that the City (hereinafter referred to as COT) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP process to retain one (1) firm to provide professional services for the Reservoir and Tank Rehabilitation Program for the City Water Department. The City is seeking a firm (hereinafter referred to as Consultant) to provide consultant services in the form of a multi-disciplinary team.
