PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
The objectives of this project are to address the water intrusion problems around the perimeter of
the basement walls adjacent to the parking lot, the exterior foundation walls and roof of the subbasement and utility tunnel, conduct a structural analysis of the subbasement and utility tunnel roof to confirm its vehicle loading capacity, address separating the sanitary system from the storm drain system, redesign the handicap ramp and second exit with a partial or full canopy, design temporary entrance, loading area and 2nd means of egress from the first floor and reconstruct the entire upper parking lot.
