PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
The City of Tracy intends to construct a new fire station to be located on the north side of Valpico Road approximately 850 feet east of Tracy Blvd. The site that is approximately 208 feet wide (frontage on Valpico Road) and 418 feet in deep. The project budget is limited and City has strong preference for adapting an existing, single story station that can be accommodated on the site without significant modifications to the plans for the previously built station.
