PROFESSIONAL DESIGN/ LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The Citys public recreational opportunities consist of neighborhood, community, and
regional parks, golf course, recreation centers, Equestrian Center, Nature Center,
Senior Center, Art Center, and coastal facilities totaling over 1,000 acres. City Beach (3.5 miles) is
operated by the City. Park projects may include improvements and reconfiguration of
existing parks to address the changing needs of the City.
Three (3) qualified firms will be selected and contracts will be executed to give the
City the ability to request services on an as-needed basis. Services are likely to
include development projects within the Citys park system and coastal zones,
including new development, refurbishing, building design, and environmental
cleanup.
