PRODUCTION OF A NATIVE FIRE VIDEO
The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to produce an information video that will be used to conduct educational outreach activities for public schools, homeowner associations, Tribal Housing meetings and other educational forums.
The video will be developed based on the statement of work and need that is identified in this solicitation.
This Solicitation is being set aside for Native Owned Small Businesses under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47. Offers are solicited only from Indian economic enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as an ISBEE, in order to receive contract award.
NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 512110, Motion Picture and Video, with a size standard of $32.50mil. Due to the issues with SAM, if you are not registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code, your bid will not be considered.
PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS: Proposals can be submitted via mail, email or hand delivered. All Proposals are due August 17, 2018, 2:00 pm Central Standard time and should include the following;
