PROCUREMENT SERVICES CONSULTING
University will solicit proposals from Procurement or appropriate Business consulting firms to provide consulting services for the university in order to conduct a comprehensive and objective plan; and components that will complement and meet the objectives of the university’s procurement mission and values. Services to be rendered will include current plan review and development of a new plan that will create solutions and streamline operations. The consulting firm engaged for this project will manage the project from the planning through implementation stages.
