The Ministry is seeking proposals from suitably qualified individuals or organisations with marketing, brand and contracting expertise to assist with a procurement process for promotional services.
The key tasks are to:

Develop the brief for a Strategic Review of the existing reputation of teaching, its image and communications, as these are perceived by each target audience
•
Develop a framework to evaluate the cultural and promotional merit of proposals
•
Manage consultation with an internal advisory group
•
Manage the procurement processes for the review
•
Manage the approval process for recommendations from the review
