This is a synopsis of presolicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in

The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the company whose quote with the lowest price that meets requirements.
The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government.
This acquisition is the purchase of carryalls for USFJ, Yokota.
