PROCESS WATER HEAT EXCHANGERS
This is a solicitation for commercial commodity to procure 2 each WCR heat Exchangers to include installation at Tinker AFB, OK to support Air Force Programmed Depot maintenance (PDM) in building 3902. This item must be Brand name or equivalent WCR plate Heat Exchanger Model :WCR-UFX60. The proposed contract action is for a commodity that the Government intends to solicit competitively as a Small Business Set Aside 100%.
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to negotiate firm fixed price CLINs. A Site visit will be scheduled and advertised for any interested parties who would like to visit the building mentioned above and be more familiar with this requirement. Please call and inform me if you intend to attand the site visit and I will schedule a date and time.
A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The requested delivery date is 14 weeks after date of contract award. The award date is estimated to be 27 November 2018.
Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma
System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332996 with a size standard of 500.

A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 15 NOVEMBER AT 10AM. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL AND CONFIRM. WE WILL MEET AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE BASE AT LANCER GATE WHICH IS ACROSS FROM DOUGLAS BLVD BETWEEN 29TH STREET AND 44TH STREET. THERE IS PARKING OUTSIDE THE GATE. SOLICITATION IS NOW EXTENDED TO 26 NOVEMBER AT 12:00 NOON.
