PRIZM VIEWER ANNUAL SERVER CORE LICENSES AND BASIC SUPPORT
This is a brand name specific Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Prizm Viewer licenses and basic suuport for the items listed below in RFQ N00189-14-T-Q183. This procurement is in support of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; in conjunction the policies and procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Award will be Firm-Fixed Price type of contract and the evaluation of quotes will be based upon LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. The PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP) is one year maintenance from 08/05/2014 to 08/4/2015. Price discounts are encouraged.
Quotes are due by Monday, June 9, 2014 at 12:00 PM Eastern time.
Vendor must quote all items to be considered for award. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact name and phone number, and business size. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] before the closing period.
Vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
