The Authority requests qualifications from printing firms to provide offset, digital and quick printing services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued for the purpose of identifying the most qualified and experienced printers who may best serve the Authority by providing high quality printed materials under tight deadlines at a competitive price.
