PRINT BUS TICKETS
PRINT BUS TICKETS FOR METRO TRANSIT.
1. 1 ticket per page, 15 pages per book (not including backing)
2. Along perforated stub, staple tickets to backing
3. Revised Paper Stock: Tickets use Domtar Solutions Carrara White 100# text; use 100# tag for
the backing; requests to use an alternate paper stock must be submitted in writing and have
printed samples attached.
4. Approved Equals: Requests to use an alternate paper stock must be submitted in writing and
must have at least three (3) printed samples attached.
5. Tickets are 3 length x 2 width, in size (length includes perforated stub)
6. Shrink-wrap books in bundles of 100 books per bundle
7. Package in boxes that are no larger than 12x12x12
8. Clearly number each box and show the ticket sequence on the box label
9. Clearly label each box with the type of bus ticket (i.e., Paratransit Quik-Tix)
10. This order is for 20,000 books total = 300,000 tickets total; no over-run
11. Number tickets from #72001 TO #92000; no over-run
12. Each book of tickets has the exact same number throughout; and the booklet number changes
with each new book of tickets
13. Use black ink when printing tickets and backing; use red ink for the numbering
14. Metro will provide final artwork to the successful bidder
15. The successful vendor must provide a proof to Vicki France, prior to printing
16. Vendor must deliver final product within 30 calendar days of issuance & approval of final
artwork.
