PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide full service Annual inspection, preventive and remedial maintenance for government owned Power Distribution Centers and Battery Preventive Maintenance for the Information Technology Branch, NCDC, 151 Patton Avenue, Asheville, North Carolina 28801 in accordance with the attached statement of work. Vendor shall provide 24x7 Emergency On-Site support including parts, labor, and travel, and 24x7 Phone Support. Emergency support technician shall be on-site within 4 hours of call. Work SHALL be performed by vendor's own personnel trained and qualified to work on the equipment. Period of Performance: March 1, 2009, or date of award, whichever is later, through February 28, 2010, with an option to extend performance for an additional two years. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 6150 and NAICS Code is 423610, small business size standard is 100 employees. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
