PRESCOTT NATIONAL FOREST, FOREST-WIDE CRACK & SLURRY SEAL AND SEAL COAT PROJECT
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603(c)(2)(i), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This solicitation AG-8191-S-14-0017 and statement that the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular.
The provisions in 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition and FOB point.
The provisions in 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, described the evaluation procedures to be used.
The provision in 52.213-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items, shall include a completed copy.
The provision in 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
The provision in 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clauses are applicable to this acquisition.
Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements determined by the Contracting Office to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
The project consists of forest-wide crack seal and seal coating for the Prescott National Forest at the Bradshaw Ranger District, Verde Ranger District, Prescott Fire Center and Granite Basin Campground. The Chino Vally Ranger District work shall include crack seal and slurry seal.
