PREPARATION OF THE LONG RANGE STATE RECREATION PLAN

This successful proposer must prepare the 2010-2020 Tennessee State Recreation Plan, which includes a five-year Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) component (2010-2015) in compliance with Federal land and Water Conservation Fund guidelines, including Section 630.1 of the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service Grants-in-Aid Manual (1991). The 2020 Plan and SCORP shall build upon the 2003-2008 Tennessee State Recreation Plan and all appendices, references, and predecessor documents previously published.
