PREPARATION OF A PALO ALTO FIRE DEPARTMENT EMS MASTER PLAN
The Palo Alto Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms, entities or individuals to develop and provide a Master Plan for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) delivery within the City. The Master Plan shall take into consideration the Citys desire to maintain its 201 rights (established in 1975) within Santa Clara County. The City and IAFF Local 1319 share a positive and mutually constructive relationship. The Master Plan should take into consideration current contractual agreements and detail any positive or negative impact recommended changes may have to the MOU and City/Local 1319 relationship. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work, herein attached as Attachment A.
