Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued for NSN 6130-01-612-6251 Power Supply, Manufacturers Code/Part Number: 0AFL4/28VUPS29FSPD. Quantity is for 50, unit of issue EA, Destination Information: PA 17070-5002.
The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 06/23/2014 and will be posted to DIBBS.
This will be an unrestricted acquisition.
Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Champion Aerospace, CAGE 0AFL4.
The solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision may be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
