PR 0068409733, NSN 1680-01-616-4372, the Boeing Company, Cage 8V613 with P/N 7-511B11063-001, Power Control Assem. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 569 each. Requested terms will be FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, and delivery of 154 days ARO. This item is NOT CSI. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector.

In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Please submit along with your proposal your company's Individual Small Business Subcontracting Plan, as required by FAR 19.702 for prime contractors that are other than small when contracts will exceed $700,000. The subcontracting plan must describe how much subcontracting will be awarded to each of the specified small business categories; veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.
Also, if the overall value of your proposal exceeds $750,000, DLA Aviation Richmond is required by TINA to obtain Certified Cost & Pricing Data; Instructions for submission of a proposal with cost or pricing data is available at FAR Table 15-2.
