This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of
Commercial
Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Competitive quotes are
being requested
under N66001-14-T-7117 This requirement is set-aside for small businesses,
NAICS code is
531130 and the size standard is 25.5M
The minimum requirement is:
- 1250-1280 square feet of floor space
- portable units no longer than 32 feet in length
- translucent roof to provide light (electricity is not available for lighting)
- lockable doors at least 5' wide to provide secured access for large items.

STORAGE UNITS NEED TO BE 8'X16' TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED VOLUME FOR
STORAGE AND FIT IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BY SPONSOR. ROLL DOORS ARE NEEDED
TO ACCOMODATE DAILY ACCESS. UNITS SHOULD HAVE TRANSLUCENT ROOFS OR
SKYLIGHTS TO PROVIDE INTERIOR LIGHTING AS ELECTRICAL SERVICE IS NOT
AVAILABLE. UNITS SHOULD BE PORTABLE WITHOUT THE NEED TO RENT ADDITIONAL
EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A CRANE/HEAVY FORKLIFT.
