PORT OF LONG BEACH: (RFQ) Construction Process Facilitator. Consulting or engineering firm or individual to fill the role of a Construction Process Facilitator. The position will work closely with the Chief Harbor Engineer and members of the Information Management Division to implement new processes and systems throughout the Port. These processes and systems will affect many work groups inside and outside the Engineering Bureau.
