Pool Management Services
The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure services where prospective offerors shall provide Pool Management Services for the base swimming pool at Joint Base Andrews MD, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated at a mutually agreed upon price for one base year followed by four option years periods.
This action is a 100% set-aside for small businesses on a competitive basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 713940, with a business size standard of $7.5 million. The anticipated period of performance for the base period is 1 May 2017 through 8 September 2017. This action includes four (4) subsequent 5-month option periods spanning from May 2017 through September 2022 annually. Paper copies of this posting will not be available.
