NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Laselec, Inc., 2605 North Forum Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75052-8925, CAGE Code 3ZRR4, for the acquisition of supplies required to repair existing MRO 200-B Laser Wire Marker: (1 ea.) SHG Input Window X1, part number HUB-X1, (2 ea.) SHG Output Window/THG Input Window X1/X2, part number HUBX1/X2,
(1 ea.) THG Output Window X1/X2, part number HUB-X3, and (1ea.) Measurement Lenses, part number LAM-AR45X. This purchase will be executed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures using Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). Solicitation number W911N2-14-T-0069 will be released O/A 3 June 2014 and close O/A
10 June 2014. The FOB Point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
