PNVC Baseband Kits
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/ Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking proposals in support of the presidential and national voice conferencing (PNVC) baseband kit (BBK) enclosures. PNVC is the new high altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP)-survivable secure voice conferencing capability. PNVC will be hosted on the advanced extremely high frequency (AEHF) satellite system providing anti-jam, anti-scintillation, survivable voice communications for national and strategic users. The BBK is a transportable, HEMP-protected enclosure, for employment in the PNVC system. The objective of this requirement is to design, manufacture, integrate, test, and deliver fully operational BBK systems.

Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements outline in the solicitation document and various attachments. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Kali Clement at kali.r.clement.civ@mail.mil by 1400 CST on July 8, 2015.
