PN 81894, SOF Telecom Reliability
The work consists of construction of an approximately 2,000 SF isolated building to house telecommunications equipment with minor office space. Building includes block construction, standing seam metal roof, HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression. Site improvements include general clearing/grubbing, small bio-retention ponds, a small parking, etc. A backup generator is included. This project also includes nearly 15,000 LF of fiber cabling to be laid throughout the compound and offsite.
The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
